CEO Initiative, organized by Fortune Greece and Tsomokos with main subject “Doing Well by Doing Good”, took place on November 26 with full online coverage and dealt with some of the hottest topics of our times, such as the future of work, sustainability, healthcare, Covid -19, and more, aiming to record the deep recent recession’s effects and motivate an optimistic reaction to the new reality that is emerging. This interactive event gathered the country’s top business leaders, who were joining forces to turn the crisis into an opportunity and expressing their commitments to support a new corporate purpose, for a safer and better tomorrow.
Generation Y irrevocable in its values, which always promote socio-economic development by contributing in a positive way, considered it important to support CEO Initiative and its higher purpose “Doing well by doing good” in any way.
It is in this context, where more than ever ethics in corporate governance and justice is required, Mr. Spanidis joined forces with some of Greece’s top business leaders, speaking at The Future of Work panel, completing the forum’s overall dialogue on the characteristics of 21st century leadership as it emerges in the midst of a pandemic and its commitment to a better and safer future in a just, inclusive world.
More specifically, in the panel of Mr. Spanidis, given the major changes that have already taken place in the way we work and communicate, the total redesign of the new work model was discussed, starring technology, telework, flexibility and lifelong learning, which fatally redefine both the skills of employees and the priorities of leaders.
