The main concern of our company has always been the best service of its partners and for this reason we make sure that our people are in the best possible physical and mental health, which results in their best performance, in order to support our partners in this challenging period.

In this context, we configure a plan with some internal online actions / activities to support our people psychologically but also to develop them during the second lockdown.

Our internal actions include:

• Nutrition tips We recognize the importance of the physical and mental health and its contribution to the individual and overall performance of the company. That is why in collaboration with our partner and renowned dietitian – nutritionist, Renata Micha, an online discussion where our employees will be provided with useful tips for proper and healthy eating.
• Psychotherapy In collaboration with our partner and renowned psychiatrist and psychotherapist, Vassilis Georgalakis, we organize a virtual group meeting for all of our employees in order to give useful advice that will contribute to better emotional management of this challenging situation due to the pandemic and the second lockdown in our country.
• Yoga Sessions In collaboration with the expert yoga instructor, Eleana Anagnostopoulou, we organize online yoga classes for all GYers! In this way, our team will make the most of yoga’s benefits, both as a physical exercise and as one of the most effective ways to eliminate the stress of everyday life.
• Personal Growth On a weekly basis, we will have 45′ sessions of notable guests. Our guests will be of different specialties and our goal is to provide our people with considerations that will contribute to the personal development of each.
• Internal Communication On a daily basis, we are exchanging suggestions for books / Movies-series / Recipes or DIY / Motivational-inspirational quotes. In this way we will strengthen the bond between us.
• X-MAS Tree Contest We organize an internal competition for the most beautiful Christmas Tree in order to do more things as a team. The best tree wins!
