Mr. Karoussis bears extensive specialization in the business field as a distinguished trainer, Speaker, and Lecturer in Greece and abroad. His far-reaching experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Leadership, Management & Sale, as well as his portfolio of over 3 million euros, is contributing to the creation of…the first business-oriented insurance agency!

Meet Konstantinos Karoussis

Mr. Karoussis is a professional for 32 years in the field of Insurance, as well as a member of the Successful Insurers’ circle at MDRT, with studies in Greece and abroad in Marketing, Public Relations, Leadership and Management.

He has also conducted a series of seminars as a Speaker and Lecturer in Greece and abroad for individuals and groups in the fields of communication, leadership, and management.

Mr. Karoussis is holding a training specialization as a distinguished trainer in Time Management, Communication & Sales Techniques, while also being an Advanced Trainer in Disc Behavior Analysis in character analysis and behavior.

He was born in 1968 in Athens, originally from Naxos, and is also married with two children, Niki and Achilles, who are currently studying.
