Anastasios Spanidis, Founder & CEO of Generation Y – International e-Business Hub, and VP of Innovation of CEO Clubs Greece, had a powerful presence by participating online in the CEO Clubs Circle, that took place a few days ago.

He elaborated on the topic of the Circle, Minding {Skills & Mindset) Gap, by referring to the modern challenges that companies face regarding Human Resources. More specifically, Anastasios Spanidis talked about human capital, the technology evolution,the Great Reshuffle of workforce and the change of mentality due to the pandemic era. Furthermore, he commented on the Future Leaders and the Upskilling and Reskilling imposed. He summed up with the conclusion that new Work Models emerge, and we have to keep up with them!
