We recently introduced our Wellness Programme to our Team; a holistic approach to physical and mental health. Demanding daily routines, irregular eating habits and poor sitting postures all combine to create stress to all of us.
There is compelling evidence to support the fact that offering even one session a week brings remarkable changes in employees (Team Members) behaviour by helping them to better manage stress, enhance clarity and creative thinking, improve communication skills, cultivate leadership and teamwork and increase overall effectiveness in workplace.
