Senior Marketing Consultant, hybrid (Athens, GR)
07/11/2023As a Social Media Manager at Generation Y, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our clients’ online presence and engage their target audience effectively. You will oversee multiple social media platforms, create engaging content, manage campaigns, analyse performance metrics, create custom reports and stay up-to-date with industry trends to drive brand awareness and growth.
- Co-create Social Media Strategy for clients along with Consultant
- Propose improvements at existing Social media strategies based on data and reporting
- Suggest content and co-create brief for content calendar with Consultant and client
- Communicate with clients for brief and social posting on all platforms
- Communicate with client to receive approval and/or feedback and implementation of changes
- Monitor, report & optimize SM presence for each client
- Optimize clients’ accounts and presence at all social media platforms (cover, info, profile picture, etc.)
- Execute, monitor, and optimize SM activations such as Wall Contests, Giveaways, etc.
- Implement and run Instagram/ Facebook shop
- Copywriting of SM content in English & Greek
- Lead the creative approach of content along with Consultant
- Train new team members regarding team’s processes
- Schedule and boost posts on time and with no mistakes at all, based on different audiences & goals
- Create, monitor, and optimize Page Like Campaigns
- Conduct event live coverages (pre-during-after event)
- Create or correct content (design + copy) when needed
- Create weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports
- Community management (SM messages, comments, and reviews audit, organize and reply)
- Research and apply SM trends
- Global research to find out the audience’s preferences per industry to adapt and apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven working experience in the social media marketing or as a digital media specialist (4-5 years)
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
- Hands-on experience in content management
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with web design
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Fluency in English
