New large-scale collaboration of Generation Y with the international Marriott Hotels and Resorts Group in Venice, Italy

Another important international collaboration in the hotel sector for Generation Y - International e-Business Experts with one of the leaders in the hotel industry in Europe, the luxury hotels group, Marriott Hotels, and Resorts (former Starwood).

More specifically, Generation Y, a leader in e-business, business consulting and digital transformation, undertook the implementation of the online store of Gritti Palace for branded products, room amenities and services that offers to its visitors.

The branded guidelines and luxury aesthetics, a result of a generic UI / UX analysis from the Generation Y team, allow the growth of online sales to the gifts and luxury services offered by Gritti Palace and create a dynamic new business unit, which offers the continuation of the visitor’s unique experience.

The online store was developed at the Generation NEXT award-winning e-commerce platform, customized by Generation Y for the needs of Gritti Palace. The platform allows plenty of innovations that enhance the hotel's marketing strategies. One of them is the Cross-Sale Tool that allows to a customer from one hotel of the group, to see dynamic products from another and easily transport to its online store to make a purchase.
