Respecting the distinctive style guidelines which have been identified with the Sheraton brand worldwide, Generation Y designed a high-aesthetics e-shop, based on UI / UX, in order to strengthen the image of Sheraton Hotels and create an online store, worthy of the name, the impeccable service and the exceptional environment offered by the hotel itself to its customers.
Same as in the other e-stores of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Group (Grande Bretagne, Imperial Torte, Gritti Palace etc), in this case also, the main objective of Generation Y is the visual, functional and commercial diligence of the project to be performed in such a way that the hotel guests’s experience follows them even after checkout, while respectively those who have not visited the hotel yet, can, through browsing the online store, get a complete taste of Sheraton Grand London Park Lane Hotel’s products and services!
We should note that the eshop’s users can choose even products or services usually available only for the rooms, which now they will be able to enjoy during their visit to the hotel, as well as that specifically for the Starwood Group hotels & Resorts’s platform, Generation Y has created and developed the Cross Sale © tool that enables hotels to channel their products and respectively sell through their platforms products to other Starwood network of hotels. Last but nor least, we should mention the multi-recipient option during checkout, which enables the user to select multiple recipients in different addresses for the same order.
